IMS as a contact center solutions provider, follows some levels of compliance to the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM to protect the confidentiality of every transaction that takes place within our facilities and contact center floors as we are our clients.​
